Regarded as the Malaysian Franchising Guru, he is the first Malaysian to qualify for the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives (ICFE) Program which carries the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation. ![]() ![]() Mazidah Mohd Noor Project Coordinator / Senior Franchise Analyst As a Project Coordinator and Senior Franchise Analyst, Mazidah is responsible for the day-to-day management and production flow of all clients’ programs across Francorp's major consulting divisions. In this capacity, she establishes timelines and benchmarks, as well as quality control measures, for the completion, coordination and seamless integration of Francorp's strategic planning, legal, operations, marketing and consulting products. Mazidah is also responsible in evaluating businesses that need to discover or rediscover their potential for franchising as well as the planning, development, and implementation of all marketing programs for both Francorp Malaysia and its clients. A graduate of Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, with a degree in Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (Marketing), Mazidah has worked in senior management position with various direct selling and marketing companies. She has done extensive work for clients in the area of marketing, planning / implementation, brochure development, and researches in competitive marketing information and specific industries. ![]() ![]() Hazrul Nizam Bukhari Consultant - Strategic Planning As a Consultant in Strategic Planning, Hazrul is responsible for developing the franchise structure and financial models for Francorp Malaysia clients. In his capacity, he gathers data on a wide array of business concepts and creates customized reports which are critical in formulating their franchise programs as well as the feasibility of their expansion programs. Hazrul draws upon his background in the areas of auditing, finance and accounting. He understands the demands of franchising on businesses seeking to employ franchising as a growth strategy. This enables him to assist clients in their business expansion strategies effectively. Prior to joining Francorp Malaysia, he was a Financial Reporting Analyst for a German multinational company. Hazrul earned a B.A (Hons) Degree in Accounting and Finance from University of East London, United Kingdom. ![]() ![]() Md Saiful Md Hussin Consultant – Legal As a Consultant in the Legal Services, Saiful is responsible for the preparation of franchise legal documentations including franchise agreement, disclosure document and ancillary agreements as well as taking care of the clients’ franchise registrations with the Registrar of Franchises (RoF) and trademark registrations with the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO). Saiful advises clients on all legal issues and various business decisions related to the establishment, structure, development and operation of a franchise program. He also exercises a degree of diligence in procuring from clients all relevant disclosure materials and information, ensuring compliance with the relevant franchise law and other appropriate statutes and/or regulations. Prior to joining Francorp Malaysia, Saiful was a legal executive with an established property development company. He earned his LLB (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia and is currently pursuing the ICFE Program. ![]() ![]() Velan Nathan Consultant – Strategic Planning & Operations As a Consultant in Strategic Planning, Velan is responsible for developing the franchise structure and financial models for Francorp Malaysia clients. Velan is also responsible as a Consultant in Operations Services whereby he is in charge for researching, drafting and developing comprehensive Operations Manuals for Francorp Malaysia’s client businesses. In consulting with clients, Velan identifies, analyzes and describes the topics that will be covered in the Operations Manual, developing these into a preliminary outline. He then conducts a thorough on-site visit to the client's business premises, where he observes and documents all operational procedures, collecting any materials and information that might be included in the manual. Following the visit, he finalizes the outline and drafts the manual, ensuring its clarity and coherence as well as its compliance with the client's legal documents and strategic plan. Prior to joining Francorp Malaysia, he was a consultant with Frost & Sullivan, Malaysia with the ICT business unit and has served clients like Singapore’s Ministry on Manpower (MOM) and Malaysia’s Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), where he took personal ownership of business leads and direct involvement in the delivery of consulting projects and research. Velan obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Hons) from National University of Malaysia and his MBA (Finance) from University of Malaya. ![]() ![]() Anas bin Zulkifli Consultant – Marketing As a Consultant in the Marketing Services, Anas develops Franchise Marketing Plans and Franchise Marketing Folders that are custom tailored to assist clients in the promotion and selling of their franchises. He produces the conceptual creative designs for the production of clients' franchise marketing materials such as folders, brochures and advertisements. Anas counts arts and design as his absolute passion, deskbound for three years in the publishing and advertising industry, servicing numerous small and medium size companies. Together with Mohd Izhar, he also handles Francorp Malaysia’s public relations and media activities. Anas obtained his Diploma in Graphic Design from Universiti Teknologi MARA. ![]() ![]() Mohd Izhar Bin Md Hasan Consultant – Marketing As a Consultant in the Marketing Services, Izhar is responsible for producing the copywriting and write-ups for the production of clients’ Franchise Marketing materials. These include write-ups for the Franchise Marketing Plans, folders, brochures, advertisements, and preparation of media budget and schedule. In addition, he is also involved in thoroughly checking and proof-reading ad copies, translations, spelling, grammar, tone and manner of clients’ franchise documents such as Operations Manuals, Franchise Agreements, and Disclosure Documents. As a strong believer in the power of words, Izhar considers words as the backbone of any marketing strategy; and working hand in hand with the visuals / creative are able to powerfully persuade the audience. In this capacity, he consults with franchisors and potential franchisors in creating and customizing procedures to assist them into achieving an optimum level of efficiency in their business operations.
